The three X88 PRO generations aren’t interchangeable — their positioning differs clearly.
The lineup
- X88 PRO 13 (RK3528A): entry value king — 4K60 + WiFi6 base plate;
- X88 PRO 14 (RK3528A): optional 8 GB RAM, easier multitasking;
- X88 PRO 20 (RK3539): mid-range flagship with fuller decode and I/O.
Pick by need
- Streaming and IPTV: the 13 suffices;
- Heavy casting and many resident apps: take the 14;
- Home-theater grade and long-term ownership: go straight to the 20.
All three ship a clean, ad-free system with ongoing firmware — the differences are purely hardware tier.
