Three control layers

Time: daily/per-session limits with auto lock-screen and rest countdowns;
Content: whitelist apps and channels only; hide purchase and unsuitable entries;
Reports: weekly viewing summaries pushed to parents’ phones.

Deployment

A dedicated kids’-room box with a PIN lock; profile separation on the shared living-room box. Any ordinary RK3528 box plus a parental-control app does the job.
