CNC Panel Controllers: Wide Temperature, Vibration and Long Supply

Three trials beside the machine
- Temperature and cooling: -20 to 70C industrial parts in a fanless aluminum enclosure that conducts heat to the case;
- Vibration-proof storage: eMMC or industrial SSD — spinning disks die early under vibration;
- Interface protection: isolate and TVS-protect RS485 and DI/DO; machine start-stop surges are the top cause of board RMA.
Long supply life (5-7 years) is mandatory in CNC — confirm the SoM lifecycle commitment with the board vendor before designing.
